APACHE VT Incline Screens are engineered for long service life, high screening efficiency, and ease of maintenance. Available in 4’x12’ all the way up to 8’x20’ Screen Boxes, VTscreens come in two and three deck configurations. All single shaft VT Screen vibrating mechanisms utilize the same parts as our VS Triple Shaft Screen. Operations with multiple inclines and flat screens that can minimize the parts on hand required. Full-length spring brackets, reinforcing plates behind the vibrating mechanism, and huck bolt connections ensure long life in tough applications. APACHE VTIncline Screen features include:
- Single shaft vibrating mechanism with oversize spherical bearings, oil lubrication, breather assembly, variable stroke and speed
- Fabricated crowned steel decks-welded& stress relieved, huck bolted connection—flat decks upon request
- CNC cut side plates—machined

Available in 5’x16’ all the way up to 8’x20’ Screen Boxes, VS screens come in two and three deck configurations. VS Screens are available in 2.75-degree incline and true 0-degree variations. All triple shaft VS Screen vibrating mechanisms utilizes the same parts as our VT single shaft screen. Operations with multiple inclines and flat screens that can minimize the parts on hand required. Full-length spring brackets, reinforcing plates behind the vibrating mechanism, and huck bolt connections ensure long life in tough applications. APACHE VT Incline Screen features include:

APACHE MS & CM screens are the latest generation screen to come out of our skunk-works. These machines utilize two shafts turning opposed. The first shaft is mounted above the top deck, while the second shaft is through the body on the bottom deck. Shaft placement and direction provide an elliptical or oval stroke just like our VS Screens.TheAPACHE MS & CM Screensinnovative design eliminates the need for costly machined gears and the third shaft found in most horizontal screens. APACHE MS screens have flat decks and are true zero-degree screens. APACHE CM screens utilize multi-slope decks, taking advantage of gravity to quickly remove fines from the top and middle decks. APACHE MS & CM Screens are available in 6’x20’, 7’x20’and 8’x20’ screen boxes, in two or three deck configurations. Standard features include:
- Asymmetrically located vibrators, and two counter-weighted and unbalanced shafts that keep downtime and maintenance to a minimum. The self-synchronizing design produces an elliptical stroke. Adjustable stroke, and rpm range. The mechanism does not utilize costly gears or timing belts.
- Bearings are a modular design that allows easy service and maintenance from outside of the deck. Bearings are grease-lubricated as standard.
