Machine parts are centrally stored in a warehouse located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As part of our commitment to serving our clients, we plan to expand with warehouses on both the East and West coasts in the near future.

The duration of the bid process can vary depending on the size and complexity of the client’s project. Generally, our pricing package can be delivered within about a week for standard bids. More intricate application pricing packages may take around two to three weeks to complete and provide to the client.

Typically, our lead times for manufacturing range from approximately 90 to 100 days. Once the equipment is manufactured, it takes around 20 to 30 days for it to arrive at the client’s designated site. We work diligently to meet these timelines and ensure a smooth process for our clients.

Our standard warranty provides coverage for 12 months or 2000 hours of operation, whichever occurs first, against manufacturer defects. Alternatively, our warranty is 18 months from the ship date from the factory. For those seeking additional protection and peace of mind, we offer extended warranty options for purchase, at additional cost.
