At APACHE Iron Works, we understand the critical importance of proper training when it comes to maintaining and servicing crushing, screening, and washing equipment. That’s why we offer structured, hands-on training sessions designed specifically for service technicians, maintenance crews, and dealer service teams working with APACHE systems in the field.
These training sessions are led by qualified factory personnel who possess direct, working knowledge of APACHE machinery. Our trainers provide in-depth instruction that covers both standard servicing procedures and best practices for long-term equipment reliability. By offering face-to-face interaction with the same personnel who design and build our equipment, your team gains practical knowledge that cannot be duplicated through manuals alone.
The training curriculum includes instruction on the correct installation and setup of key APACHE equipment lines, including but not limited to:
Trituradoras de mandíbulas
Trituradoras de cono
Horizontal and Inclined Screens
Wash Plants and Classifiers
Portable and Stationary Chassis Systems
Participants are guided through each component’s operating functions, daily inspection routines, wear part identification and replacement, lubrication requirements, and general maintenance schedules. The goal of each session is to ensure your team can confidently service APACHE equipment in the field or shop with minimal downtime and accurate diagnostics.
These sessions also provide a controlled environment for your technicians to ask questions, troubleshoot issues, and gain clarity on specific model-related features. All procedures demonstrated in the training are based on APACHE’s official service documentation and reflect current factory recommendations.
Our hands-on training sessions are open to:
Equipment end-users (plant operators and site managers)
Dealer representatives
Maintenance supervisors
Service technicians (entry-level and experienced)
Both individual technicians and entire maintenance teams are welcome to participate. Whether you're running a single crushing circuit or managing a full plant with multiple configurations, the training content is structured to apply directly to your operational environment.
Training is typically conducted at our factory facility or a designated dealer location, depending on the needs of your organization and equipment delivery timelines. These sessions may be scheduled around equipment commissioning dates, planned maintenance shutdowns, or as part of dealer onboarding programs.
To ensure a productive learning environment, class sizes are kept at a manageable number. This allows our trainers to work closely with each attendee and demonstrate procedures in real-time, using actual APACHE equipment where possible.
Enrollment in an upcoming training session is coordinated through your assigned APACHE representative. Please contact them directly to:

We encourage early registration, as space may be limited depending on the size of the group and location.
Properly trained service personnel help extend the service life of your equipment, minimize the risk of unplanned downtime, and ensure safe operating conditions for all plant personnel. In-house training from factory experts supports not only immediate troubleshooting capabilities but also long-term performance optimization for your system.
At APACHE, we believe that offering training is part of our responsibility as an equipment manufacturer. We want every machine delivered to be supported with the knowledge necessary to maintain it at its best.
